Chapter 13
1 If there arise among you a prophet, or a dreamer of dreams, and gives you i a sign or a wonder,
2 And the sign or the wonder come to pass, whereof he spoke unto you i , saying, Let us go after other gods, which you i have not known, and let us serve them;
3 you i shall not hearken unto the words of that prophet, or that dreamer of dreams: for the LORD-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) your God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] proves you, to know whether you 2f love the LORD-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) your God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] with all your heart and with all your soul.
4 You 2f shall walk after the LORD-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) your God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] , and fear him, and keep his commandments, and obey his voice, and you 2f shall serve him, and cling to (hold onto; stick to) him.
5 And that prophet, or that dreamer of dreams, shall be put to death; because he has spoken to turn [you] away from the LORD-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) your God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] , which brought you out of the land of Mitzrayim [Egypt - The Narrow Place] , and redeemed you out of the house of bondage, to thrust you i out of the way which the LORD-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) you i God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] commanded you i to walk in. So shall you i put the evil away from the midst of you i .
6 If you i brother, the son of you i mother, or you i son, or you i daughter, or the wife of you i bosom, or you i friend, which [is] as you i own soul, entice you i secretly, saying, Let us go and serve other gods, which you i have not known, you i , nor you i fathers;
7 [Namely] , of the gods of the people which [are] round about you, near unto you i , or far off from you i , from the [one] end of the earth even unto the [other] end of the earth;
8 you i shall not consent unto him, nor hearken unto him; neither shall you i eye pity him, neither shall you i spare, neither shall you i conceal him:
9 But you i shall surely kill him; you i hand shall be first upon him to put him to death, and afterwards the hand of all the people.
10 And you i shall stone him with stones, that he die; because he has sought to thrust you i away from the LORD-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) you i God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] , which brought you i out of the land of Mitzrayim [Egypt - The Narrow Place] , from the house of bondage.
11 And all Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God] shall hear, and fear, and shall do no more any such wickedness as this is among you.
12 If you i shall hear [say] in one of you i cities, which the LORD-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) you i God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] has given you i to dwell there, saying,
13 [Certain] men, the children of Belial [Worthless, Good for Nothing] , are gone out from among you, and have withdrawn the inhabitants of their city, saying, Let us go and serve other gods, which you 2f have not known;
14 Then shall you i enquire, and make search, and ask diligently; and, behold, [if it be] truth, [and] the thing certain, [that] such abomination is wrought among you;
15 you i shall surely strike the inhabitants of that city with the edge of the sword, destroying it utterly, and all that [is] in it, and the cattle thereof, with the edge of the sword.
16 And you i shall gather all the spoil (plunder; prey; booty) of it into the midst of the street thereof, and shall burn with fire the city, and all the spoil (plunder; prey; booty) thereof every whit, for the LORD-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) you i God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] : and it shall be an heap forever; it shall not be built again.
17 And there shall cleave (split open; cut open; divide) nothing (bad; vain) of the cursed thing to you i hand: that the LORD-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) may turn from the fierceness of his anger, and show you i mercy, and have compassion upon you i , and multiply you i , as he has sworn unto you i fathers;
18 When you i shall hearken to the voice of the LORD-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) you i God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] , to keep all his commandments which I command you i this day, to do [that which is] right in the eyes of the LORD-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) you i God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] .
